Musubi Dachi             Stand with heels together and hands down by your side: attention stance

Seiza                         Kneel down                   

Sensei Ni Rei              Bow to your instructor  

Otagai Ni Rei               Bow to Dojo and everyone assembled

Kiritsu                         Your Sensei will give this command for you to

                                  stand to attention
