What Skills can I be achieving?

All students should be focussing on setting appropriate goals. Here are some of the skills you can be working towards.

Belt Stripes: 5 belt stripes - orange, green, blue, brown, black.

Badges: 20 press ups,  30 press ups,  40 sit ups/minute,   Bowing CeremonyStudent Creed 1,  Student Creed 2,

 Turning, Excellent Attendance,  Anatomy 1,  Anatomy 2, 

6 Rules of Black Belt,  Box Splits,  Demo Team,  

Belt Tying,  Nunchaku Seminar.
