Licences

 At Oxford School of Martial Arts a licence is needed for training, grading and competing.

All licence applications must be applied for using the

Licence Application Form

You can also ask your Sensei for one.

A month before your licence is due for renewal you will be sent a renewal reminder and an application to fill in. This allows plenty of time for your licence to be renewed before the expiry date. Please return this to the address on the form as soon as possible. If your application is not received before the licence expiry date, another reminder will be sent.

When sending in your form please remember to include your current licence and correct fee. Licences need to be renewed annually.

Please note that if you are unlicensed, you are not insured.
