It's not just about punching and kicking - it's about life.

We teach the leaders of the future: champions in the game of life. Our unique programme combines ancient martial arts with modern life coaching. Our mission is to equip kids with the mental tools to reach their potential in whatever field they choose. We teach that there is no such word as ‘can’t’; that there are no problems or barriers blocking our way, only challenges which can be embraced and conquered. Training in control leads to better decision-making – whether it be handling a pet, SATS or a bully with just the right amount of thought, energy and responsibility. Book your free introductory classes and experience a different approach to education.

It's an educational programme...

What we do:

What we don't do:

Teach that studying the martial arts is a personal journey of self improvement

Encourage students to show off their skills in the  playground

Teach life skills and character development through a comprehensive syllabus

Pay only lip-service to the intellectual aspect of martial arts, in the hope that students will appreciate them solely through physical practice

Teach children to develop healthy limits of aggression within a safe, trusting environment by practicing their martial arts techniques short of full-contact

Encourage maximal aggression and full-contact fighting

Teach young people healthy values of humility and integrity and that respect comes from kindness and consideration

Teach young people that respect comes through dominating others

Have six different programmes to cater for all ages and ability levels

Teach all ages and levels of ability (from beginner to Black Belt, toddler to adult) in the same class

Teach that, as a last resort, citizens have the right to defend themselves physically against an impending assault

Operate under the illusion that it is illegal for a martial artist to use their skills outside the training hall

Stella Appeal - please read, donate and send this link to all your friends.

At just 17 months, Stella was diagnosed with neuroblastoma (high risk), originating from her adrenal gland. At the time of diagnosis the cancer had grown to a huge size in her belly, which to treat has required 70 days of aggressive chemotherapy; major surgery to remove the primary tumour; a stem cell rescue that wipes out her bone marrow, three weeks of radio therapy and six months of oral chemotherapy. She has now developed liver problems as a result of this harsh but necessary regime. In spite of all this treatment, her chances of survival are 20% and a relapse is very likely, but an expensive antibody therapy, not currently available in the UK, will increase her chance to 80%.

Please help us help Stella. Visit her website at www.stella-appeal.org
